 Became a signatory to the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI), reinforcing our commitment to embedding ESG principles in all investment and operational decisions to drive sustainable, long-term value.

 Published the 2023 Development Impact Report, highlighting strategic investments that delivered measurable economic value and improved livelihoods across key sectors.

 Launched the Distributed Renewable Energy (DRE) Fund in partnership with Africa50, the International Solar Alliance (ISA), and Sustainable Energy for All (SEforALL), aimed at providing critical equity, mobilising long-term local currency capital, and enhancing resilience in Nigeria’s renewable energy sector.

 Partnered with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) to establish the Impact Innovation Fund, designed to support early-stage Nigerian startups solving high-priority challenges in sectors such as agriculture, healthcare, education, energy, waste and water management.

 Successfully hosted the 4th Annual Meeting of the Africa Sovereign Investors Forum (ASIF), convening African sovereign wealth funds and strategic global investment institutions to strengthen collaboration and unlock scalable investment opportunities in Africa.
