Directions Youth Services is a division of Family Services of Greater Vancouver (FSGV), which for more than 90 years has provided a variety of essential resources for children, families and individuals in the Greater Vancouver community. We believe in the resiliency of Vancouver’s youth who are at-risk, homeless, and street-involved. We assist youth under the age of 25 to get counselling for trauma, mental health or substance issues. As well as knowledge surrounding the Knowledge of issues that effect 2SLGBTQIA+ communities Supporting games and movie nights for our queer youth. This can look like: Playing board games Supporting youth with food security Discussing 2SLGBTQIA issues with youth and or pop culture Abilities and Requirements Adhere to all program and agency policies, procedures and safety standards; including but not limited to confidentiality policy. Applicants with personal experience with addiction or street involvement require a minimum of two years clean/sober and away from services.
